By creating an account or using any part of our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ManiKA Money provides an AI-powered stock market terminal including stock screening, financial analysis, macro economic indicators, portfolio tracking, and news notifications. The platform is offered on a subscription basis with Free and Pro tiers.

3. Not Investment Advice

All content, analysis, and signals provided by ManiKA Money are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You may not share your account with others or use the service for commercial redistribution of our data.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($19/month) or annually ($149/year). A 7-day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers. Payments are processed securely by Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the period ends.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and data on ManiKA Money are the property of ManiKA Money. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ManiKA Money shall not be liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
