Refund Policy

💡 Short version: We offer a 7-day free trial on Pro. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid charge, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Free Trial
All new Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being billed.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with ManiKA Money Pro after your first payment, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge date. To request a refund, email us at burakhakanakin@manikamoney.com with your account email and reason.
3. Subsequent Billing Periods
Refunds are not available for charges after the first billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and you will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.
4. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, refunds are available within 14 days of the initial charge. After 14 days, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
5. How to Cancel
- Log in to your account and go to Profile → Subscription.
- Click "Cancel Subscription".
- You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
- Abuse of the free trial or refund policy (multiple accounts).
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
